Not cheesy at all mate. This is very much in tune with what I am familiar with in producing white rums in my area (albeit 'clandestine', due to govt crap). I have met a few people who can blind taste-test a white rum (cachaça is such a product, aka 'rhum agricole'), and tell you what country, even to a degree what area of said country, it was produced in. Now THAT'S expertise. Not my level, but I do admire the ability. Cheers for the vid.
