Only a brief clip, but interesting to see a small commercial set up, and also interesting to see the amount of un-condensed vapour coming out of the worm!;

Some times on the strip I get whisps of "vapour" like that (albeit on a much smaller scale), I'm sure its not alcohol as its not even warm to the touch.
I think it could be Co2 gassing off.
devoted to the study of using your brain to squeeze the most out of the one and only life you will ever get, even if you have to wash it regularly in lukewarm Scotch.

That you tube video is great! Thanks for posting it, I thought i'd been through all of the youtube videos on Whisky I could find...

As for the vapour whisps from the worm...could you put a small amount of copper mesh up the outlet a little? Much like fixing a huffing liebig condenser...?
