Those food dishes had my mouth watering. In the second one I agree with Dan P. so all I could assume was to swig 65% and survive taking deep breaths before and after guzzling was the key.

I believe the technique is to oxygenate (breath in and out big a few times) take the shot, then blow out long slow and steady, like blowing out a fire. to "blow out the fire" is a hint I have heard before...
