I especially appreciated the section on pectin/methanol, it's the first time I've seem a concise explanation of what happens. I might change my apple mashing procedure.

Downloaded and SAVED this to my desktop after reading a few random pages. Loads of info! [Great for trips to the cabin. No Web Service! NICE!!] No problems. Clicked and it was all there.
