That list is already antiquated. There are more than that online and many more ready to come online if not already.

I'm not sure. But I know based on SD sales here in the US that there are at least two dozen start ups that are not on that list. There is just a whole bunch of movement out there and I suspect it is just hard to keep up with real time counts.

They excluded the District of Columbia too.....unless I missed it?
