The fellow who owns this called and we had a chat. He has some interesting articles on his site.
Distill safe. Make good cuts. Enjoy yourself. Give as much as you take. Have fun doing this incredibly hard work. Be a good example. It's your hobby.

I like the map for the different states, at least in Washington it looks pretty comprehensive. Since I am flying to NorCal today I will look at the map a bit closer in that area for distilleries to visit.
