Rock and roll

Postby blanikdog » Sun Dec 28, 2008 3:52 am

Last night we went to the 'final' concert of a aussie rockabilly band called "Flatfoot Shakers". I often wonder how these bastards come up with their names, but I digress as usual.

They are probably the best rockabilly band in the land of milk and honey - Australia, for those who don't know - and we danced our pharqueing heads off. Today has been very restfull and quiet, punctuated by naps while South Africa showed the Aussies how to play cricket.

Truth is, I'm too old for this but I just can't stop.

Went to see Angus and the boys last month in toronto. Took the son with me. His first concert. The boys can still get it on, gotta give them that!
Guess they don't play in the bars there anymore eh?
