6" pressed flange copper modules

I've been working on these for a little while, just thought I'd share.

Compatible with 6" triclover ferrules.

Body of the modules/spacers is pressed in one piece. Sight glass mounts are attached

Made in Australia.

do you mean the wall of the 6" pipe is pressed to form a ferrule ? If so the wall may be too thin to provide enough rigidity ?
Did you develop the device to press the tube sections yourself ? Is that some hydraulic device ?

Hi Manu,

Yes the ferrule is pressed from the tube. All one piece. No join or weld to give any trouble.

The tooling and pressing is done in house in our Australian based workshop. It took a lot of effort to develop the tooling, trial it and get it right, but quite proud of the results. We do import components we cant buy here, but they are made with as much local content as possible.
