This stuff in available in NSW ~ I haven't got any pricing.
Anyone interested enough to give it a go?

How does the 316 Stainless Steel No Weld Pipe and Fitting System work exactly?
The No Weld Stainless Steel Press Fit piping system is really very simple. You simply measure and cut the tube to the length required and de-burr. You then choose the desired fitting (from a range of over 60) and slide the fitting onto the tube. Once you are happy with the fitting position, simply apply pressure via the Pressing Tool to ensure tightness between the tube and the fitting. The "O" ring creates the pressure seal. The tool is designed to apply the correct pressure to the fitting and automatically releases once the cycle is completed. The task is totally finished in a few seconds.

It's Viega. You can get it in copper too. I used ot for my manifold in my mash tun. There is a rubber or epdm o ring in the vapour path and the tool or gun you need to apply the clamp is worth thousands of bucks.

It doesn't always seal and can have some leaking problems with flex. The jury is well and truely out as to whether it's going to be the biggest source of income in the plumbing industry in twenty yrs time repairing leaks and removeing the joints.

It has revolutionised the plumbing industry. Only the little guys solder now.

Tradelink had the monopoly in Australia for the last couple of years, but it is slowly starting to become available in other stores.

Looks a little like the "press fit" joints I got from the scrapyard

The "O" ring creates the pressure seal.

The "O" ring is rubber made or this is a full stainless system?
