Wheat middlings

Natural materials such as cotton and natural rawhide fit here. But it could be dough or water too.

Local feed and seed has this available in limited quantities. Searched the site and only found one reference.

Seems that it could be a viable alternative for wheat germ. Might be good for keeping a grain bed draining when mashing. I don't know myself. Anyone that can share anything?

I have seen pallets of bran stacked head high in the same store... before a local was in the print w/ a big un...

Many folks have made DWWG and loved it. Others have used primarily wheat with good flavor profiles. Wheat middlings is cheap. Was looking for someone with experience using it.
