make a loose poolish no-knead dough or similar. get yourself some small cast iron casserole pots and remove the plastic handles. preheat them to 250 degrees C. pop dough in for 30 mins lid on, 20 mins lid off. best way to cook break at home - crisp thin crust.

check out the book "flour water salt yeast". brilliant book. http://www.amazon.com/Flour-Water-Salt-Yeast-Fundamentals/dp/160774273X

I am now laughing my ass off!
:roflmao:

I did a search for "Bread Flour" and this thread popped up.

This sumbitch went ALL around the world TWICE over a couple of years.

I do have to give everyone who contributed a helluva lot of credit!
It detoured into a discussion of gun ownership which I have seen get completely nuts with admins having to step in.

I'm sure @Punkin and I don't agree on the topic, but it was very good to see civil discourse on the subject. :rkn: :rkn:

That puts AD heads & hearts above a few other forums. And I'll leave it right there.

Now since it did start with translating Aussie to English, I need to add something I just saw today.

(I thought it was cold over there in August?)
