Thanks, guys,

Hardtail I understand. I rode a few Harleys where all the suspension was directly under my ass.

And then stopped making them after 2 years.

Of which i'm glad cause i've got one. But involves me saying no a lot to people who approach me with the aim of purchasing it.

I get that with my Duo Glide a lot, especially from Japanese riders. Seems that panheads are the rage in Japan these days.

Set of 16" apes went on today. The bike is more stable, easier to steer and better over the bumps.

A fantastic improvement.

Yet to see what the comfort is like beyond twenty minutes, but may go for a putt on Sunday.

You wouldn't credit it, the National HOG rally is in my little country town this weekend. Cause i front the highway between the venue and the town all i can hear is Harleys going past.

There's more Harleys than cars by a very long margin.

Bloody bikie scum are everywhere. :roflmao:

Yeah Aussie Sturgis but there's 2,000 bikes in town rather than 50,000. :roflmao:

Pretty peaceful here atm at 5am but a couple hours will see the windows rattling.

There's a show and shine on today, i was thinking if you can't beat em...but i'd have to get the polish out and ruin a 20 year record. :mg:

Just spent the last 30 mins out the front watching the ride by.

Radio said they were expecting 2,000 bikes and 8,500 turned up.

Only saw 2 Rockers and they were both bog standard. Pretty tempted to enter the show and shine (cept for the shine bit). :roflmao:
