This weekend I was running an AG Rye/Corn when my controller fried. I have been using a controller that was assembled in a box way to small and so I had to put rubber tubing inside to separate wires from shorting. Well this weekend it was toast. I drained my mash back into carboys and Saturday I ordered a new DIY Controller Kit from Still Dragon USA. They were closed over the weekend but this morning I had an email as I woke up saying the kit had been shipped. Excellent customer service!

I've only ordered a couple of things from SD, the power controller and the element mounting kit, but I've been favorably impressed.
Zymurgy Bob, a simple potstiller http://www.kelleybarts.com/zymurgy-bob- ... e-spirits/

You can make whisky in a reflux still, you can make vodka in a potstill,
and you can eat chicken noodle soup with a crescent wrench. But...
