Was a pleasure seeing you again Swede. We have to do that more often.

The Peach Pie recipe is here... viewtopic.php?f=32&t=5869&hilit=+Peach+pie I only used the schnapps the first time I tried it as it doesn't really add much to the flavour.

The Kahlua you tasted and then forgot about when I brought out the Peach, :D I found here.. http://aussiedistiller.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=288 And is made with instant coffee.

The Amaretto recipe I use can be found here... http://allrecipes.com/recipe/amaretto/

Thought I would post those in case anyone else wants to make some girly drinks

The difference between swede's UJ that I tasted last X-mas and the UJ that he brought with him last night is incredible. There was nothing wrong with his UJ last X-mas, don't get the wrong idea here, but it didn't have the body his newer stuff has. First thing I taste is the oak which blends quickly into nice caramel flavour and then a beautiful smokey aftertaste. I don't have a trained palate and I am sure I am missing a few nuances but I really don't think you need to work on improving this any more Swede. I think you got it right. Just keep doing what you did on this. I am setting it aside for sippin' whiskey.
