UK triclamp win: 22mm copper inside 1" triclamp ferrule

UK 22mm OD tube (0.866") is just a hair thinner than US 3/4" ID (0.875" OD), and conveniently just slightly less than the ID of a 1" triclamp ferrule (0.87"). The ferrule is a close fit on 22mm tube for easy soldering, whereas 3/4" tube needs a little persuasion to go in (sanding or freezing).
