I mixed up a 20 gallon ferment last night. I think I'll let the dunder sit in the new bucket and give it a whiff when the ferment is done. If it smells reasonable, I'll boil a couple gallons and toss them in with the charge. If not, I'll start over.
On a side note, this jaggery from sugar daddy is awesome. With 24 lbs in a 20 gallon ferment I hit 1.054. The wash tasted amazing!
