I’m still new at distilling

I finished my 4” bubbler but I’m looking to upgrade to a 6” bubbler to save time.

I was born in Australia and I grew up in Thailand but now I’m back in Australia. The plan is to open a distillery back in Thailand. Hopeful within the next few years.

My goal is to make brown spirts, vodka and hopefully someday gin.

My setup is :
100L Milk can boiler with 2400w & 3600W elements
4” bubbler with 4 Tees and a 500mm packed section for neutrals
Electric parrot
2 X IBC recirculating water setup

Welcome
Overhead the albatross
Hangs motionless upon the air
And deep beneath the rolling waves
In labyrinths of coral caves
An echo of a distant time
Comes willowing across the sand
And everything is green and submarine
