I've done tons of papers and ALWAYS start with a summary or conclusion. Reader then has the choice to read on.....or not.

Don't think that discussion was intended for the average bloke like me. :?

I have a school microscope. I sometimes look at him at the yeast. We in Russia have two types of yeast - good and bad. They are externally the same. I had an idea to do breeding. But my wife made it clear to me that she did not need a microbiological laboratory at home. Especially when she saw the request in Google - an electron microscope DIY. And I already began to think about how to make an electronic cannon for a microscope from an old tube TV.
