Hi Guys
Been making Gin now for many years but want to develope a recipe for Rhubarb & Ginger Gin (Whitley Nell). Anyone any ideas as to what quantities of Rhubarb & Ginger I would require per litre.

Equipment type: 1500 x 54 coppper column packed with SPP, VM Proportional Splitting Head on 50 ltr keg. 4 plate 4" Bubble Cap on 50 ltr keg. 2" Standard Pot Still on 50 ltr keg.

I just seen that gin at dan Murphy’s. Good luck. :idea:

I have thought about trying to do something similar to Inked Gin.
my pet is a CCSC copper flute, I feed it corn and it pisses likker like a pony....
