bigpa's sample pack

Postby big worm » Thu Feb 16, 2012 9:45 pm

i was luck enough to get a nice box from big pa
he sent me a sample of his ujssm an one of the sweet feed.
both were as good as any commercial whisky i have ever drank, only distilling for 6 months he has a better grasp at his cuts than i had in my first year, and thats for sure.
both samples were white, and very stout straight off the flask. poured over an ice cube and swirled around the initial bite was cooled off.
his ujssm was full of corn flavor and would be a good canadate to be put up on oak to age some out.
the sweet feed was a treat it was a rum like whisky that had loads of flavors in it... molassas comes across just enough to say rum, but not enough to hide the whisky.
my friend helped me sample your wares, he enjoyed a change off my swill :D
thanks for the fellowship
