Refrigerate?

Refrigerate?

Started with 80 proof white over cut berries and made a strawberry shine. I calculate it is now around 40 proof or 20% abv. Would this need to be refrigerated?

Nope. Most likoors are around 20 - 25%.

Some people will add a spoonful of lemon juice to prevent the feel from going chalky over time. Your mileage may vary.
