At the microbrewery I worked at, we had a little bitty 5 gal tank with a regulator that we would loan out with purchase of 5 gals of brew. I don't know the purchase price, but refills were real cheap. We had a tap head just like you have there, the other side of the keg went to the co2 tank, and it worked a champ for small events. If you're serious about homebrew, it's a killer way to go because pressurizing the keg w/ co2 keeps it from spoiling. Death to those bronco pumps that force atmospheric air into the keg; that shit is for crap beer at frat parties.
