As good as the internet is for finding info, sometimes there is just too much of it. One half conflicting with the other. So I'd like to ask those who have done it for a resource for one wishing to try. I am lucky enough to have a lot of venison by the end of the hunt and I am looking to do something different with some of it. Anything you can offer will be appreciated. Thanks.

BTW, That stuff looks damn good.
Overhead the albatross
Hangs motionless upon the air
And deep beneath the rolling waves
In labyrinths of coral caves
An echo of a distant time
Comes willowing across the sand
And everything is green and submarine

I've never had a bum steer from Len Poli.

The Black Pepper sticks are a big hit, and his Kabanosi is another firm favourite.

It certainly does.

50/50 odds with web recipes.

If you have extra deer meat jerky can fix that for you.
Last deer I put the whole back straps to jerky. Easiest for silver removal.
I didn't even get to eat any off it because the ladies in the house love the stuff.
PM me if you want my recipe.
Since this is a salami thread.
