Other equipment you are going to need
-Digital Thermometer (Walmart)
You will need one of these for your still head to keep an eye on the temp inside the still head and help make your cuts while distilling. You will also need it to make sure your mash/wash is below 100 degrees F before you add your yeast. Above 100F and there is a good possibility the yeast will die.
-Proof or Spirit Hydrometer (online or local home brew shop)
You will need one of these gadgets to measure the ABV or Proof of the distillate coming out of the still and to cut you final product to Drinking proof.
